Replace the first step of Gecko Toolkit by this method :
1 - Put latest redsn0w , i4ramdiskios7 , iOS 5.0.1 and attached bat ( extract it from zip archive ) in same folder .
2 - Connect iPhone in DFU mode .
3 - Launch "DFU SSH iOS7.bat"
