After of which actions, phone's IMEI has become 00000000000000?

Please do the next:
1. Close Octoplus Samsung Software.
2. Delete all files from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
3. Run Octoplus Samsung Software.
4. Re-start the phone.
5. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation again.
6. Read EFS backup ("Read EFS" button in Software).
7. Read Security backup ("Read Security" button in Software).
8. Close the Software.
9. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\", upload read Security and EFS backups and post here links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device and write You the result.
