Hello.

Do the next:
1. Install latest Software version: Software
2. Disconnect the phone from PC.
3. Enter *#0808# and select DM+Modem+ADB option.
4. Connect the phone directly to PC.
5. Press "Repair Security/Wipe Security" button in Software.
