SSD OCZ not detect in BIOS, repair?

Hello.
I have SSD not detected in BIOS, warranty out. It`s Legacy products, so need to fix by myself.
Pleas, provide me some help. In Attachment - terminal log from SSD. SSD not detect in BIOS, OCZ toolbox can`t see it too.
PN: OCZSSD2-VTXE60G, SN: 018121103025823, Board PCB-0072-x01, On label: 226689M06BPCBA0475B12000241. Flash: Hynix H27UBG8T2ATR.
Secondary powers is Ok (On C11 - 1V, C20, C9 - 2,83V, C32 - 1,3V), 30 mHz on U10 is stable.
Reballing U11 nothing change, seem it is a software fault.

I know, if U5 can`t be read by U11, SSD detect in BIOS like "SendForce SCSI Disk drive" but OCZ Toolbox can`t detect it.
Is proper dump of U5 (EEPROM AT24C256) enough to OCZ Toolbox can renew firmware? Can some one share dump?
Or need use J-Tag to restore firmware? Can You provide information how to?

I read PC3000 SSD can repair SSD, call to data recovery center. But they say "it is controller problem, can`t be fixed".

Did someone has more information about?
