WHAT U DO NOT UNDERSTAND?
Connect LG(R) using CRUISER USB CABLE (baud 921)
- Attach
- Read Codes
- FLASH BROWN DRIVE_C (yes it will flash BROWN into RED...cause its Cruiser
Start Phone and enter codes - if not possible
- LOCK Phone to ANY network
and Start Phone and enter codes....
Done.....
As final product you wil have LG U8130 (R) still RED with enabled entering into unlock menu

PS If someone want he can reflash all 4 parts (using ssw) and change lang/convert to brown.......
