Hi!

I wanna buy iPhone 5, i read a lot about iCloud and i wanna ask you a question.

If on ,,https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/" is ,,Activation Lock: OFF" - it is 100% of no iCloud and i will can use it normally?

Is there possibillity to ,,Activation Lock: OFF" on site and I will have to know passwords to write it on iPhone?
