hi m8 spying is something i love, ! i made some ( client come on the shop and gave a phone to put syping things that who could manage to get info from it, the phone was of his girfrind - girl not wife ,, this happends many time t me,)
if is android is very easy all what u need is root.
but in symbian, that u posted, is a bit problem, there was a custom firmware or phone that older members working for spying like in dead mode, for microphone spy etc, but old and unsful for now
