Dipendra Pathak,

Please help me, my Gpgemmc box can not connect to the server, i already try all like it is explainned here but still!
Allways if i connect: Box_100946: Invalid device information. Error: 840

Please help me may it is server can not reconize my Box serial number, how to solve it?
