just did unlock on s5 thats G900F, it was on v5.0 android,no rooting,no reset,just go into recovery,and click "enable cp logging",phone reboot,
then did *#0808# and enable dm+(something)+adb,connect phone to pc,wait for driver to install,then click unlock,,,
mine was locked to o2 uk,,,..
works perfect,,,
i used ns-pro v 6.8.0
