Hello,
Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !
- Close [BEST] software
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your data and get new licence file vie e-mail
