If don't work, try to install printer on a windows 7 computer to see if the printer is working. Use same driver setup from link.
Also, windows 10 is garbage. if you can, get rid of it and install windows 8.1 max. Preferably use windows 7. |
i didit and nothing change bro..still same can't print word file,its like can't send trhough the printer ( i use HP Deskjet 2132)
