I got it fixed now. Used the SP Flash Tool v3.1316.0.150 and Rom downloaded from ROM XOLO Q1000 | [Official]-[Updated] add the 10/01/2013 on Needrom

In the link given above there are two roms available. first try to flash First(file name: XOLO-Q1000_FlashTool) rom. If still your phone doesn't bootup, you might need to flash the Second rom(file name: Xolo Q1000 M001 25-09-2013), then after flash again flash it with 1st rom by uncheck, PRELOADER and ANDROID.
