Set phone s-off locked then not boot. Flash ruu to fix and phone goes s-on locked by it self!!!!! showing security error text!

Unlock token wont unlock the phone now, needs oem unlock checked again but now wont boot!

My customer's phone is now bricked! What do i do? My customer is coming soon. Asap asap asap

Please asap, replacement is expensive
