Try to solve problem as follow way:
1. Reset Account Lock
2. Download the different version firmware of the current phone
3. Patch Account Lock ReLock
4. Flash patched frimware via EDL mode
5. Power on and settings phone without network (SIM and WIFI)
6. Enable network after phone powered on.
