Phone auto reboot on normal mode thats mean cannot boot into EDL mode via fastboot mode. solve problem as follow way:

1. Enter EDL mode via xiaomi deep flash cable (install drivers if needed)
2. Press "Reset Account Lock"
3. Do "Patch Account Lock Relock" via BST and then flash it via MiFlash please.
4. Power on without network connect (remove sim card and wifi), after power on then connect network.
