Activation thread is provide just to help you and other users in case of your reseller not answering you.

If you paid for you box/key why dont you ask you reseller for active same time ?

We do not work on friday/sunday due to holiday. and we have diwali festival holidays few days. so we can not help on holidays. ask your reseller frist.
