hi
phone was locked with frp
with one key i removed it
here is procedure
first connect phone in normal mode (when it reaches wifi)
then from box select huawei
model y5 ii
then press refresh then frp reset

select frp by adb no root

command promp on phone screen will pop up choose ok

then phone will open to application
directly enable OEM UNLOCK FROM USB DEBUG MENU
THEN RESET SETTING
