as i said you need iPhone 4s NAND,i use 16GB TOSHIBA THGVX1G7D2GLA08
1st i select ERASURE ALL
2nd i select iPad 2
3rd insert the SN
4th Write
5th FIX Invalid SN(optional,on some users may not needed but i did it anyway)
