| HERE IS SOLUTION:
Use Corona Downloader 3.2
Take Working D500 and use DUMP NOR FLASH and select ALL fields (512*64kb) and You will get 32MB *.HEX file
After that flash NOT WORKING D500 with this file. But it in bin file, and MARK NOR ADRESS 100000 (not flash TFS). In my case Flashing stop on 99% but after that flash BIN and TFS with orginal files and phone POWER on normal. Change IMEI with WInIMEI and unlcok, reset with *2767*3855# and ALL ok in my case
