Hello ,

Some users are facing Dongle not found message !

This is a driver problem Most of the times and to make it work you need two things .

Step 1- If you are using Windows 8/10 You have to disable Windows Driver Signature Enforcement !

How to do that ?

Look @ the YouTube tutorial

If you are working on Window 7 or earlier, then move to Step 2

Step 2- Download and try one of These Drivers:

A-Driver A Mediafire Link

B-Driver B For windows 10 64bit

C-Driver C Universal CardReader Driver and works on all Systems !

If you still face the same problem after doing steps above plz do this :

1- Make sure that smart card is placed correctly ( Not inserted too much)
2- Turn off your Windows Defender or Antivirus Then Install EFT again and Add EFT folder to exclusions on Windows Defender or Anti virus
3- Try to use our smart card with another reader or vice versa
4- Try to use the Dongle on another PC so we can identify where is the problem.
