| Well, im using setool3 also and K750 > W800 conversion is possible using readout from W800 and flashed back into K750, i have done it with my own K750 with setool3 and its working very well. All these informations given here is from setool support forum, thanks to all who have helped by posting there.
1. Readout MUST be taken from brand new W800 never have been turned on(=when turn on it says "please wait").
2. Start reading FS image, but remember use brand new phone (best is sw R1L, R1K have too many bugs)
3. Now read main flash as well. After FS image read it doesn't matter if the phone have been turned on and have been configured with SIM and lang selection ect.
4. Finally unlock the phone.
