For anyone looking for the xFSTK Downloader 1.7.0 version it is here

As soon as this version was loaded the program opened up and the relevant details showed up for me to load.
Unfortunately my battery looks goosed! So stops at 5% so now I am going to get a 3.7v charged lion battery out from one of my dead laptop batteries and try connecting it up to see if I can get it going!
