Hi,
when you sell activation with authenticator, please transfer the license to the authenticator's serial number, in this case to the
198020566 instead of the user name.
After it the you need not face with the same problem.
Now we solved that case, use need connect the authenticator to the computer and use the log in with authenticator button. But please in a future be careful with that.
