If you still have any problem
- Close [BEST] software
- Download latest Configurator software - https://www.infinity-box.com/support...onfigurator.7z
- Start Configurator to update config
- Start BEST again

also I suggest you do not write questuons to support ot order notes because notes are provate and supporters do not read it.
