Smart-Clip2 Software v1.30.04

MTK Tab:

1. Added support for new CPUs (MT6739, ...) in META mode.

2. MTK META mode support was sufficiently improved.
This will allow adding support for more MTK smartphones based on new CPUs.

3. Added the following MTK smartphones for faster unlock:

• Alcatel 5085, 5026, 5044, 5059R, 5095f
• Tecno SA1, CX Air

QCOM Tab:

Added Remove FRP operation for Zte Blade V Ultra
