3.install Apple File Conduit "2"
Already and use 3utools go to iDevice> Files > File System(Jailbreak) and go to more System > Library > CoreServices. Find file have name SystemVersion.plist (under).
4. For iOS from 10.3.3 became 12.3.1
+ iOS : 12.3.1
+ Build : 16F203
Save
5. Reboot phone
6. Activate with R-SIM and add code ICCID newest still working Iccid .
7 After go back iOS 10.3.3 and Jailbreak one again install again Apple File Conduit "2"
and use 3utools change IOS from 12.3.1 back 10.3.3
+IOS:10.3.3
+build:14G60

After done,how change form ios 12.3.1 to 10.3.3.just update the phone with itune or 3utools,not restore
