As I can see you dongle support period expired 2019-Jun-30
It was at least half year before covid problem start so it's strange that you request to renew support for your dongle with reason "covid".

Do you have any other reason ? Maybe you uploaded many flash files to community support or maybe you have made many test reports ?
Please help us to find a reason to satisfy your request.
