Wanted to know if it’s possible to flash a global rom

On Chinese version of 10x zoom ...

Have a 10x zoom Chinese version (model 1919EX ...)

I don’t want to use the original Chinese version rom..

Want to flash on it a global rom??

Is it possible?? Please help
