There is a software conflict with the next application(s):
C:\program files (x86)\intel\bluetooth\devmonsrv.exe
C:\program files (x86)\intel\intel(r) usb 3.0 extensible host controller driver\application\iusb3mon.exe
C:\program files\renesas electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe
C:\program files (x86)\nec electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe
C:\program files\via xhci uasp utility\usb3monitor.exe
What to do:
1. Delete or rename files (see above)
2. Reboot PC
3. Delete fault.bn file
4. Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
5. Run Infinity software.
