| the problem is that I have formated my pc, and Astro SE don´t work know, because it have a new machine ID and Astro team said me the following :
"Provide your reseller this information, and we will calculate license for him.
We do not anymore calculate licenses for old users"
This is a good support ?????
I have to contact my reseller, then he will contact astro-team,then astro-team contact my reseller and just after I will have my code!!!!!!!
so when will I have the activation ????? ( Maybe at cristhmas ?) |
