There is a way to hard reset Nokia TA1188 2.2
This is a Hard Reset job not a FRP job.
First of all connect phone in Fastboot mode with your PC (Turn off phone and connect with usb cable when u are keep pressing the volumedown button).
Open Terminal in Fastboot folder and type command

Fastboot Reboot Recovery

After this phone must go into recovery and then all you have to do is to perform factory data reset from recovery.

Keep in mind this will delete all data from your device, im not responsibile if you loose anything from your device. This methode is for people who need to format phone for some reason.
