Device Firmware 3.7.033_ST

1- read firmware some tool

2- boot device in fastboot

3- unlock bootloader

Code:

fastboot devices fastboot oem unlock

4- flash TWRP

Code:

fastboot flash recovery XXX.img

5- backup fsg and efs by TWRP

6- flash global firmware L38011 3.7.255 ST (Global)

7- device now fully global but no baseband no IMEI

8- boot in fastboot again

9- flash TWRP again

10- restore fsg and efs

11- reboot normal

12- ENGOY
