1) 2 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, no NFC GEN_RU_P963F01V1.0.0B13_DL.zip GEN_RU_V10_VITA_V1.4
2) 3 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM, With NFC GEN_RU_D_V10_VITA_V1.1 GEN_RU_D_V10_VITA_V1.4
- Check which version is yours
- Flash with SPD Research/Download or box.
- ALWAYS MAKE BACKUP of vital partitions before flash
