Hi, is that happens when you update or restore your iPhone with iTunes? If so, try the following solutions:
1. Check the connection between your iPhone and computer;
2. Update iTunes;
3. Put iPhone into recovery mode and try again;
4. Use a lossless iPhone repair tool;
5. Contact Apple support.
