Look logs . 3 times - after reboot in fastboot - Phone locked, FRP locked. I need only bootloader to write and start twrp on phone
Unlocked state before reboot phone, after swith it off, wait, power on with vol - and boot in to fastboot = PHONE LOCKED. It is like octoplus half unlock (FB unlock) till to reboot? after reboot all as was.

I tried and "oem boot" command before reboot, but not success. After reboot bootloader locked state and secure boot is verifing all - so only singned soft with hash can be booted.
