It seams like that your device is bricked. Please reinstall the Chimera Tool Huawei driver, then connect the device in this state to the tool. You have to receive the EXIT FACTORY MODE / LOAD FACTORY FASTBOOT services. Run one of them and then the device will be rebooted into Fastboot mode.
