Hello i have a ipad air 2....a1567 wifi+cellular

i want to know is it possiable that after writing unlocked sn+bmac+wifi
on celleluar devicec will it b unlocked or not....

In my case after writing new sn+bmac+wifi i flashed the device it shows unable to active.....
Sn... I know can unlocked
imei+sn possiable ?
