1- DC Phoenix refuses to accept the Qualcomm COM port, the picture speaks for itself (sometimes it works sometimes doesn't)

2- The same software seems different in a bad way since the introduction of the new features.
Every time I'm plugging a device for flash (or even a dummy flash drive) the software freezes for 30 secs (unplugging any device makes it 15/30 secs either!)
