We customers dont like these kind of answers,we are ttying to findout the capabilities of your tool so we can buy.but when you request all that info it raises doubts about the capability of that tool.if i have another tool that can read all that info that you want why would need your tool then???
And its not wise to be arrogant to potential customers.
