Hi,

My clip is upgraded to Smart Clip Firmware Version 2.18 and I am using Smart-Moto 1.08

I can detect my phone via Smart -Clip under Computer USB Port
but when I use Smart-Clip USB port I always get "no phone found"

I am using Win 2000

I have restarted the PC...

Disable OS Parrallel Port Polling (requires reboot) was already checked.

Please advise

Putting phone in Flash Mode and Retrying gives

Searching for Phone...found S Flash Neptune LTE, Getting Test Interface...Interface Not Found
Switching to Flash Mode...OK
