Sir, you tried to update this dongle firmware about 50 times during last 2 days.
This way is just waste of time in your situation.
To get your dongle fixed you should send report to support server first and after that you will get an instruction from supporters.
And only after that supporters will tell you when you can update your dongle firmware.
So send report first.
