Please before you will start your dongle fix process contact to person who suggested you to delete fault.bin file and told him that his IQ is zero and that his advice was plain stupid. In future please do not follow advices of stupid people with zero IQ but please contact to support team directly for best results.


What to do now:


1. Read NOTE - https://infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

3. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe



4. Run Infinity software
