now i m using new window i uninstaled old window and reinstalled new one but my issu is same and i never get fault.bin file.
So now what must i do i just request infinity team to help me

- Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software

Make the next steps ONLY after uninstall usb sharing tool otherwise YOU MAY DAMAGE your dongle!

- Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe
