if you have 4g version -
by removing 1 resistor only.
wifi version - by reprogramming serial (if supported on available tools).
by replacing nand from other device, probably not, because it holds other sensitive data.
p.s. 4g version, after removing resistor and making into WiFi model ...
wifi will not work, need jailbreaking and fixing, or - changing wifi module.
