Dear eliseardo,
You have to plug in the dongle to the Computer/Laptop. Then start the Chimera Tool software. On the login screen, you have to see the dongle Serial number. If you see it, then click on the login. Then the Tool will ask you to enter your username and your password. Once you do that, the license will be attached to the dongle.
