You need to downgrade firmware version to 220 to perform operation successfuly.
You can try to downgrade with this firmware version Jenny-L21A 102.0.0.220(C432E5R6P2) Firmware EMUI12.0.0 05016PMS.rar which you can find on support area.
You should downgrade device via factory mode.
