Dear skyvind,
The sm-n981b is supported for the IMEI REPAIR service, even with the mentioned security level. But, the G781B is not added to the IMEI REPAIR.
In order to perform the service, you will have to buy at least a Samsung license. Please let us know if you are interested in that.
