Since only you have this problem, sure 100% problem is in you PC.
Not use Win7 but Win10, (win 11 i listen there's some issue with all boxs with drivers), Ceck Firewall or put Manually in Exclusion from Firewall.
At the end change PC and try from other pc, issue is from you side.
