You need a computer with a printer port (DB25) set on EPP mode. Operating system does not matter as you will receive a bootable USB drive with FreeDOS and PEMASTER on it. Simply set your BIOS boot priority to USB and once booted, type PEMASTER to run the program.
Comes with LPT cable, DC power supply with EU plug plus 3 UART cables (one with StarTac plug, one with Timeport plug and one with d170 plug). These cables cover 95% of legacy Motorola phones so you are ready to work.
