BiWeekly #28 - OPPO Qualcomm improvements and various fixes

Added FRP Remove for Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC in EDL mode, supporting:

Generic MTK/Qualcomm:

Xiaomi:

fixed a UI bug, where an empty button was displayed instead of Update Firmware for various Qualcomm models

Core:

added a Cancel button to the Security Code panel to help users, who don't get the email containing the security code
rebooting after a driver update will be more graceful from now (we're not invoking force reboot anymore)
driver updates will require less reboots from now
